Like a garlic aioli
Here is a slightly modified recipe for aioli. Really tasty and recommended
6-8 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon mustard
1 egg yolk
250 ml oil
400 grams of sour cream
Lemon juice
Salt
Garlic presses, together with the yolk and mustard mix well with mixer.
Stir the oil drop by drop at first, later with a thin stream below until you have the consistency of mayonnaise. Then stir in the sour cream and season to taste with lemon juice and salt. If the whole thing has become too thick, dilute it with warm water or warm milk a little.
