Chimichurri
Chimichurri is a great dip for bread and meat. The oil that settles above, is used to chase the food so that, before or during grilling. Of course, (if prepared in time, as a marinade for loading). 2 cups fresh parsley and / or cilantro
1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice (or lemon juice)
Salt and black pepper to taste, maybe some sharp pepper
