Grilling fish on Christmas
At Christmas, the grill is fired up and the starter will be a noble and spicy salmon, we have tried on many occasions.
If you have any ideas maybe missing, the recipe for the marinade:
for 500 g salmon (it is approximate)
3 tablespoons oil
100 ml of orange juice
3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
some lemon or lime peel
1 tablespoon finely chopped chillies (if not very sharp desired: Remove the Kernchen)
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
tequila a shot at will
So we in it ....
I oil the grill grate always easy one, since I have been working without a grill pan or aluminum foil. The salmon takes about 5 to 7 minutes on each side depending on thickness.
This a nice chilli and lemon butter, or both .... ... and fresh baguette.
