Blue Cheese Dip

2 cups sour cream or creme fraiche
200g gorgonzola
about 1/4 liter of milk
50 fried bacon
Salt and pepper
Mix sour cream and cheese - add milk until it reaches desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle bacon on top, so they remain crisp
